Instruction brings play-dance from the living room to the studio without removing its spontaneity. While all classes develop coordination, posture and imagination, individual teachers vary their emphasis from the freely-moving and creative to the more structured and technical. Students and parents are invited to select the approach that suits them best. Primary/Creative Ballet class is ideal for introducing Ballet concepts to eager 6 and 7 year olds.

One of the most innovative and exciting dance programs in Canada, our Limón
modern dance classes give students the rare opportunity to explore the art and
craft of confemporary movement. The Limón technique possesses a liberating,
playful quality that is brilliantly suited to a young dancer’s development and
provides a perfect complement to the classical forms.
Recreational dancers will enjoy the creative component of the lively class,
while a progessional program will challenge and inspire the more serious
dancer.
