Classes are offered on a 37-week term, from September 2015 to June 2016. New registrations are accepted throughout the fall and winter, based on class availability.
Payments For Students Taking ONE Class Per Week
Payments may be paid in full or in two installments* with a second payment due by post-dated cheque or pre-authorized VISA payment on Februaru 4th, 2017.
Payments For Students Taking TWO OR MORE Classes Per Week
Payments may be paid in full or in three installments* with a second and third payment due by post-dated cheque or pre-authorized VISA payment on December 3rd, 2016 and March 18th, 2017.
Terms of Payments
Payments can be made by cheque payable to the School of CCDT or by cash, debit or VISA. Please note that a $7 service charge applies to VISA transactions less than $500 and a $10 service charge applies to VISA transactions over $500. If the installment option is chosen a non-refundable $35 administration fee will be applied; and post-dated cheques or VISA pre-authorization must be given at the time of registration. Late charges apply to all late payments.
Payments which are outstanding are subject to a $10 late charge. NSF cheques are subject to a $35 charge. CCDT reserves the right to prohibit students with outstanding fees from attending classes until full payment is received.

All processed payments, including full-year payments, are non-refundable. No exceptions. Students withdrawing from the program MUST give written notice of withdrawal before the next installment is due to be processed. Otherwise payments will be processed and no refund will be granted.
A 5% family discount applies for parents enrolling more than one child.
Missed classes are made up by arrangement with the Artistic Director or School Administrator where appropriate classes are available. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled at the majority’s convenience.
