Classes are offered on a 38-week term, from September 13, 2010 to June 18, 2011. New registrations are being accepted now and will continue throughout the fall and winter, until the end of January 2011, based on class availability.

Enrolment can be done in person by visiting our office at 509 Parliament Street, or by calling our office at 416-924-5657 to enroll over the phone. You may also print off a registration form from the website and mail the form in with your payment. For office hours, please call 416-924-5657.

Students will not be permitted to attend classes until their registration form is completed and fees are paid.

We ask that all parents accompany their child(ren) to the first dance class.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EARLY REGISTRATION

Early registration allows current School of CCDT students to pay reduced rates for 2010-11 classes. You are welcome to register in person or by phone. Please note that, after June 30th, all registrants will be required to pay 2010-11 rates.

When is Early Registration available?

• During the months of MAY & JUNE EXCLUSIVELY (May 1 – June 30)

• Current students enrolling in any classes for 2010-11

What does the package include?

• 2009-10 rates for 2010-11 classes!
• 2 FREE tickets to CCDT’s December 2010 performance of WINTERSONG – dances for a sacred season!

Early Regisstration Fees (same as 2010-11 fees May & June only)

• 1 CLASS /WK (2 CHQS) Day of Registration + JAN 15/11
• 2 + CLASSES /WK (3 CHQS) Day of Registration + DEC 4/10 + MAR 5/11

** CLASSES RUN FOR 38 WKS FROM SEPT 13/09 - JUNE 18/11

When you enroll in a class, you are enrolling for the 38-week term from September 13, 2010 to June 18, 2011.

Though we try to keep the class schedule the same, there are instances where changes are made after Early Registration.

Payment

You must pay in full or in installments at the time of registration. If the installment option is chosen a non-refundable $25 administration fee will be applied.

Full Payment or First Installment

Your first installment (including the $25 administration fee) or full payment is due upon enrollment and may be paid in the form of cheque*, cash, debit, or VISA**.

Subsequent Payments

For those opting to pay in installments, all subsequent payments are due in the form of either post-dated cheques or VISA pre-authorizations, and are due at the time of enrollment. Please note that if subsequent payments are incomplete, your application will not be processed and placement in class cannot be guaranteed.

1 x 45 min-1 hr class/week: If you are enrolled in one 45 min-1 hr class per week, your subsequent (and final) payment is due Saturday January 15, 2011.

1 x 1:15 min class/week or 2 or more classes/week: If you are enrolled in1 1:15 min class/week or two or more classes per week, your subsequent payments are due Saturday December 4, 2010 and your 3rd (and final) payment is due Saturday March 5, 2011.

Showcase Fees

Students registering in recreational programs ie: Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern Beginner, 1, 2, 3, Tap, Teen Ballet, Saturday Ballet Grades 1, 2, 3, and Primary Creative Ballet will participate in 1the end of year School Showcase. In order to provide appropriate costuming for the Showcase, a non-refundable $30.00 fee will be applied to the second fee installment.

Outstanding Payments

Payments which are outstanding are subject to a $10 late charge. NSF cheques are subject to a $25 charge. CCDT reserves the right to prohibit students with outstanding fees from attending classes until full payment is received. If your Visa information has changed, please notify the office before the next payment deadline.

* Cheques should be made payable to School of CCDT.

** A $7 service charge applies to all VISA transactions less than $500 and a $10 service charge applies to VISA transactions over $500.

	WITHDRAWAL POLICY All processed payments, including full-year payments, are non-refundable. No exceptions. Students withdrawing from the program MUST give written notice of withdrawal before the next installment is due to be processed. Otherwise payments will be processed and no refund will be granted.

Discounts

A 5% family discount applies for parents enrolling more than one child at the same time. If a current student's sibling(s) register late the 5% family discount will apply however, the original installment rate for the current student will not be adjusted. 

Missed/Cancelled Classes

Missed classes are made up by arrangement with the Artistic Director or School Administrator where appropriate classes are available. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled at the majority’s convenience.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance. Scholarships are awarded during the months of August and September. For more information, please call us at 416-924-5657.
