STUDIO RENTALS
509 DANCE in the heart of the historic Old Cabbagetown is the perfect rental space in Toronto for dance classes, ballet classes, auditions, rehearsals, photo and film shoots, and more. Among Canada's foremost dance centres, 509 DANCE is a 10,000 square foot complex with four studios, boasting 17'-20' ceiling heights and top-tier sprung marley flooring.

Our studio is the creative home to hundreds of emerging and established dance artists including resident company Fujiwara Dance Inventions, Kenny Pearl's GMD open professional dance classes, the School of Toronto Dance Theatre, and CCDT's annual Resident Guest Artists, which have included Sylvie Bouchard, Hanna Kiel, Louis Laberge-Côté, Ryan Lee, Andrea Nann and Jera Wolfe, among many others.

The studios are available 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with limited evening and weekend availability.
Rates starting from $18/hour (+HST).
