YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS
As we embark on our 40th anniversary season, we feel grateful for the generosity and continued support of our amazing donors who have helped us continue to do what we do. 40 years of nurturing young artists (who have performed with 74 companies world-wide and founded 12 of their own!); 40 years of defining dance for audiences (some 400,000 of them!); 40 years of performing the works, home and abroad, of more than sixty choreographers …
From the outset, arts education outreach has been at the core of CCDT’s vision and is interwoven throughout the Company’s creation and presentation mandate. Donations allow CCDT to continue to offer subsidized ticket programs and workshops, along with scholarships and the creation of new dance pieces.

"I saw a school and performing company bursting with talent, young dancers being given specialized training in Limón technique, ballet and improvisation and at the same time given the freedom to develop themselves, and a company of young artists, challenged artistically to their maximum, who understood and demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism. When a young dancer finishes at CCDT, they not only have completed their training as dancers in specialized techniques, but they have been given a foundation for a life in the professional world… I was overwhelmed by what I saw and experienced."
